  • Flat Fee (weekly or monthly, per truck)

  • Percentage-Based (based on gross load revenue)

Pricing structure is determined during onboarding and clearly outlined in the service agreement prior to dispatching.

Getting started is straightforward and efficient.

Required documents typically include:

  • Active MC Authority

  • Certificate of Insurance

  • W-9

  • Signed Dispatcher Service Agreement

  • Limited Power of Attorney (POA)

Dispatching can usually begin within 24–48 hours once documents are received and reviewed.
