Frequently Asked Questions
How do you charge for dispatch services?
We offer both flat-fee and percentage-based pricing. The pricing structure is determined during onboarding based on the carrier’s operation, lanes, and revenue goals.
Why do you offer two pricing options?
Every carrier’s situation is different. A flat fee works best for some drivers, while a percentage model may be more suitable for higher-revenue or dedicated operations. Our goal is to choose the option that is most fair and effective for both parties.
Can I choose my pricing model?
We discuss pricing together during onboarding and agree on the best structure before any dispatching begins. All terms are documented in the service agreement.
What percentage do you charge if I choose that option?
Percentage-based pricing typically ranges from 5% to 10% of gross load revenue, depending on market conditions and the type of operation.
Are there hidden fees?
No. All fees are clearly outlined in the contract. There are no surprise charges.
Can pricing change later?
Pricing may be reviewed if operations change significantly, such as moving to dedicated lanes or increased weekly revenue. Any changes must be mutually agreed upon.
